Beijing: India's neighbouring country China on Thursday said that it strictly follows the policy of no first use of nuclear weapons. It also said that the recent launch of intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) will not have any effect on it. Senior Colonel Zhang Xiaogang, spokesman of China's National Defense Ministry, said, “China's nuclear policy is very stable and consistent. We strictly follow the nuclear policy of no first use of nuclear weapons and adopt a nuclear strategy of self-defense.”
