'Top-notch trial lawyer': Kamala Harris' husband says he never won a debate against his wife

Kamala Harris will face Donald Trump on Tuesday, September 10, in a debate hosted by ABC News. The campaigns have traded barbs as they negotiate the host network and the rules of the debate, such as whether their microphones will remain on.

On that, Mr. Emhoff said: “It's Donald Trump, so who knows what he's going to get, but I know from her that she's going to talk about us, she's going to talk about the American people.”

ABC News will air the second presidential debate on Tuesday, September 10 at 9 p.m. ET. It will be the first time Harris and Trump have debated each other. The debate will take place at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
