I was happy to see their optimistic outlook on India's progress in this field.” According to the Ministry of External Affairs, during the conference, Modi said that cooperation in the field of technology and efforts like Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technologies (ICET) are at the core of India-US comprehensive global strategic partnership.
