Israel carried out this attack last Friday, in which it was allegedly targeted. Nasrallah was killed by Israeli forces in an attack on the group's central command headquarters in Beirut on September 27. After this Hezbollah confirmed that he had been killed. But no announcement has been made yet by Hezbollah regarding Saffieddin. Israeli attacks since Friday on Dahiyah, a residential area south of central Beirut and a Hezbollah stronghold, have prevented rescue workers from locating the site of Thursday night's attack, Lebanese security sources said.
