India's big steps in the field of defense export, selling defense equipment to these countries – Top News Bulletin

India Defense Export: India is moving rapidly towards becoming self-reliant in the field of defence. India is not only becoming self-reliant but is also playing an active role in exporting defense equipment to different countries of the world. India sells defense equipment to many major countries like the US, France, Russia and other European countries. In the last few years, India has made its mark in the global arms market by increasing the quality and production capacity of its defense products. India has sold arms worth a total of Rs 21 thousand crores to many countries in 2023-24. These include countries like America, France and Armenia.

Investment and development in defense industry is getting a boost

The way India is progressing rapidly in the field of defence, the demand for Indian defense products may increase further in the future. Government campaigns like 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' are promoting investment and development in the Indian defense industry.
