A plane's horn sounded midway through her address and she joked, “I think it's Elon Musk,” adding, “I'm not afraid of you, go to hell, Elon Musk.” Musk, who owns social networking site X, responded by posting a laughing out loud emoji graphic on a video of his comments. After this, he cursed Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in another post. “They are going to lose the next election,” Musk said of de Silva.
