A special report of 'Washington Post' said that the main issue of the conversation between Trump and Putin was peace in the European continent and resolution of the Ukraine war. Trump appealed to Putin to prevent further escalation of the war in Ukraine and expressed his interest in engaging in upcoming talks to immediately resolve the issue. Giving information about this conversation, a former US official said that Donald Trump also told Putin that he did not want to enter the White House with any new crisis in Ukraine due to Russia's aggression.
