Ghaziabad. In Ghaziabad, a father had been raping his own daughter for several months. The girl was constantly scared because of this incident. She gathered a lot of courage and told this to her aunt.
After this, her aunt informed the police about the matter. The police registered a case against the accused father under several sections including the POCSO Act and arrested him.
Assistant Police Commissioner of Loni area, Suryabali Maurya has told that on September 24, at around 6 pm, a caller informed on Dial112 that a person named Rajkumar does wrong things with his minor daughter.
On receiving this information, the police team of Loni police station immediately reached the spot. When the victim girl was questioned, she told that her father had been raping her for the past several months. The girl somehow mustered up the courage and told this to her aunt on Tuesday.
The girl's aunt called on dial112 and informed the police about the matter. The ACP has told that in this case, a case has been registered against Rajkumar in Loni police station under sections of rape and POCSO Act and the accused father has been arrested. The victim has been sent for medical examination. After this, her statement will be recorded in the court. A charge sheet will be filed in this case as soon as possible, so that the accused can be punished soon.
