Chittorgarh. In Chittorgarh district, Kotwali Nimbahera police station has taken effective action in arresting absconding and wanted criminals and arrested four accused separately. Two interstate smugglers, who were absconding for 19 years in cow smuggling, have been arrested from Mandsaur, an accused who was absconding for 8 years in a POCSO Act case, Nimbahera, and an accused who was absconding for a year in a theft case, have been arrested from Badolighata.
SP Sudhir Joshi said that as per the instructions of the Police Headquarters, a special campaign is being run to arrest wanted criminals, permanent warrants and arrest warrants. For the success of the campaign, a team of ASI Suraj Kumar, Constable Sumit, Devendra, Gyan Prakash and Virendra was formed from Kotwali Nimbahera police station under the leadership of ASP Sarita Singh, CO Nimbahera Badriprasad Rao and SHO Ramsumer.
On the basis of information received by the police team, 50 year old Mohammad Ali alias Hanif son of Ismail Khan and 38 year old Liaqat son of Sabbir, resident of Multanpura police station YD Nagar in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, who were absconding for 19 years and involved in cow smuggling, were arrested from Multanpura in Mandsaur.
In the POCSO Act case, Sunil Kumar, son of Kanhaiyalal Nayak, resident of Vasundhara Vihar Colony, Nimbahera, who was absconding for 8 years, has been arrested from Nimbahera and in the theft case, 48yearold Gehri Lal, son of Chaturbhuj Gayari, resident of Badolighata, Kotwali Nimbahera, the accused, who was absconding for one year, has been arrested. . Multanpura outpost incharge Kapil Saurashtra and his team also contributed in arresting two accused of cow smuggling.
