17 year old minor missing for 50 days and a kidnap suspect arrested from Indore


quota. A minor girl, who went missing 50 days ago from Borkheda area, has been recovered from Indore district of Madhya Pradesh by the antihuman trafficking unit of the district. The team has also detained a suspected kidnapper. The team has achieved this success by analyzing the footage of about 1000 CCTV cameras, many mobile numbers and social media records.

SP Dr. Amrita Duhan said that on September 20, a woman resident of Chhoti Borkhandi Nayanohra gave a report at Borkheda police station that her minor daughter went missing from home around 1 o'clock in the night. The woman expressed suspicion of kidnapping against Parmanand, son of Kushant Lashkari of the same village. On this, a case was registered at Borkheda police station and search for the minor girl and suspect Kushant was started.
Considering the seriousness of finding no information about the girl and the accused despite many efforts, a cash reward of Rs 2,000 was announced against human trafficking under the direction of Additional Superintendent of Police, Women Crime and Research Cell, Kaluram Verma and incharge, Anti Human Trafficking Unit, Shimla Gurjar. A special team of the opposing unit was formed. The special team formed in search of the minor girl and the suspect Kushant interrogated many suspects.
Constable Dinesh, a member of the special team, checked the CCTV footage from Chhoti Borkhandi to Kota Junction, obtained call details and social media records and analyzed all the above technical evidence. In which there were indications of both of them reaching Ujjain. Where evidence was found that the girl and the suspect stayed in Ujjain for a few days and then went somewhere else.
On this, CCTV cameras of Ujjain and the roads going out of Ujjain were checked and after obtaining other technical evidence, information was obtained from the informers and strong evidence was found of their being in Banganga police station area located in Indore.
On which the special team formed reached Indore and searched for two consecutive days in the industrial area located in Banganga and the areas where tenants live in large numbers and detained both of them from Bhagat Singh Nagar. Kota was brought and handed over to the Borkheda police station team for investigation.
