New Delhi. Yamaha Motor India (IYM) celebrated its 40th anniversary at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The event not only showcases Yamaha's cuttingedge technology, but also underlines the company's commitment to deliver innovation, performance and style as per the evolving needs of Indian riders.
Under the theme of Yamaha's pavilion “Aspirations Unveiled”, the company showcased its iconic motorcycles, including classic bikes like RX100 and RD350. Also showcased were the YZFR15 and the firstgeneration models of the FZ series, showcasing Yamaha's journey and contribution to the Indian market.
Yamaha's MotoGP machine, the YZRM1, was also on showcase, showcasing the company's achievements in racing. The event showcased the fusion of AI and innovative design in the form of the “YAI Concept Motorcycle”, which envisions a future where AI will become an integral part of urban mobility.
Additionally, Yamaha unveiled its first hybrid motorcycle, the 2025 FZS Fi DLX, which is equipped with Smart Motor Generator technology and hybrid functionality. Yamaha also showcased adventure motorcycles, the RSeries and MTSeries, which are renowned for their speed and innovation.
Speaking on the occasion, Itaru Otani, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India, said, “We are celebrating our 40th anniversary in India, and through this event we are highlighting the future direction of motorcycling in India. This exhibit not only reflects our history, but also reflects our vision for the future.”
The exhibition also gave avid Yamaha fans a chance to participate in riding experiences, MotoGP gaming, and special 40yearold activities.
