Mumbai Indian automotive company Tata Motors on Wednesday launched the new electric SUV Tata Curve EV. Its starting exshowroom price has been kept at Rs 17.49 lakh and the starting price of its highest model is Rs 21.99 lakh.
Tata Curve EV has two battery packs of 45 kW and 50 kW, which have a range of 502 km and 585 km respectively. This car can reach a speed of 0 to 100 km in 8.6 seconds.
The company said that this EV can be charged up to a range of 150 km in 15 minutes. Tata Curve EV has three modes – Eco, City and Sport.
Tata Curve EV comes with features like 31.24 cm Harman touchscreen, 26.03 cm digital cockpit and JBL sound system, advanced OTA capabilities, smartwatch connectivity.
Tata Curve comes with automatic headlamps, automatic wipers, automatic temperature control, cruise control, keyless entry and pushbutton startstop button.
Tata Motors further said that the company will launch this SUV with two petrol engines and one diesel engine in the future. It will come with a 6speed manual and 7speed automatic transmission. It will come in Gold Essence, Daytona Grey, Pristine White, Flame Red, Pure Grey and Opera Blue colours.
