Institute President Prashant Aggarwal said that on Wednesday two quarter final matches were held at the institute ground and field club. The enthusiasm and passion of the disabled players was tremendous. The first quarter final match was played between host Rajasthan vs Orissa at Narayan Para Sports Academy. In which Rajasthan batted first and scored 117 runs. Chasing the target, Orissa was all out after scoring 107 runs in 19.3 overs.
As a result, host Rajasthan reached the semifinals by winning by 10 runs. Rajasthan's Iqbal Khan, who bowled brilliantly and scored 3 wickets and 51 runs, was chosen man of the match. In the first field club match, Gujarat could only set a target of 97 runs against Karnataka. Karnataka, setting out to achieve the target, won by scoring 398 runs in 15.3 overs. Semifinal ticket confirmed. Shivashankar of Karnataka, who played an inning of 53 runs, was declared the player of the match.
