Fourth National Disabled Cricket Championship: Host Rajasthan's third consecutive win, hope of coming on top remains intact

Udaipur. The fourth National Disabled Cricket T20 Championship, being held in Lake City in partnership with Narayan Seva Sansthan and DCCI, is at its peak. The sixth day was full of happiness and entertainment for the disabled players and spectators.

Giving information about the results of the eight matches played on Sunday, Narayan Seva Sansthan President Prashant Aggarwal said that in the first session of the Rajasthan vs Delhi match, Delhi won the toss and batted first and scored 148 runs for 7 wickets. Chasing the target, Rajasthan won its third consecutive win by scoring 149 runs for 5 wickets with the help of Surendra Kumar Khorwal's valuable 64 runs.

On the other hand, Jammu defeated Karnataka by 29 runs at Narayan Sports Academy. At the BN Ground, Gujarat defeated Haryana by 31 runs. Here in the Chandigarh vs Bihar match, Chandigarh defeated Bihar by 42 runs. Majeed of Jammu, Naresh Chillur of Gujarat, Rajinder Singh of Chandigarh and Surendra Kumar Khorwal of Rajasthan were selected as Man of the Match.

In the second session, Kerala won by defeating Jharkhand and Punjab defeated Baroda by seven wickets each. Uttar Pradesh won by defeating Chhattisgarh by 32 runs and Mumbai won by defeating Madhya Pradesh by 61 runs. Players of the match were Yadhu Krishna of Kerala, Monu of Punjab, Kiran Chakote of Mumbai and Radhika Prasad of Uttar Pradesh.

DCCI Secretary Ravikant Chauhan, while giving the details of the matches till date, said that 24 teams are divided into 4 groups. Maharashtra continues to top Table A by winning four matches. But Rajasthan is trying to move from second to first position by winning all its three matches. Whereas in Group B, Jammu is at the first position by winning three out of four matches and Karnataka is at the second position by winning the same number of matches. Mumbai is on top in Group C after winning four out of four matches. Whereas Gujarat is at second position after winning three out of four matches. Similarly, in Group D, Bengal is at the top after winning three out of three matches and Tamil Nadu is at the second position after winning three out of four matches.

Matches to be held on Monday –
In the first innings, it will be between Odisha vs Vidarbha, Tamil Nadu vs West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh vs Chhattisgarh, Punjab vs Hyderabad and in the second innings, it will be between Jharkhand vs Delhi, Rajasthan vs Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh vs Haryana and Karnataka vs Baroda.
