New Delhi . India is all set to host the first edition of the historic KhoKho World Cup to be held from January 13 to January 19, 2025. To prepare for this historic event, the Indian KhoKho Federation will organize an intensive training camp at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi from December 10, 2024 to January 11, 2025. The special thing is that for this camp, Indian KhoKho Federation will get the support of Sports Authority of India and Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
In this camp, 60 male and 60 female players will showcase their skills. All this will be supported by 6 coaches and other support staff and 6 physiotherapists. Players from across India will gather in the national capital on December 9 and based on their performance during this rigorous training phase, the final teams for the World Cup will be selected.
