The Central Government is taking new steps to deal with fake SMS, fake spam calls and rapidly increasing cyber fraud. Meanwhile, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has introduced a new rule to protect people from fraud. The new rule of traceability is being implemented by TRAI in the entire country from today. After the implementation of TRAI's new traceability rule, OTP messages coming to mobile users will be easily tracked. According to TRAI, this can be of great help in curbing cyber fraud.

Fake messages will be identified

After the implementation of OTP Traceability Rule, mobile users will be able to identify the numbers containing spam calls or fake messages. This new rule of TRAI will provide great relief to crores of mobile users across the country.
