Firefox laid off 30 percent employees

Many companies in the tech sector have decided to do this due to organizational restructuring, slow revenue growth etc. Currently, companies like Mozilla, X (Twitter) and Samsung have laid off many of their employees. This is being said to be the biggest layoff so far in the last two years. The company making open source Firefox browser has decided to lay off 30 percent of its employees. The company said that this decision is being taken to restructure the organization.

X and Samsung are not far behind

Elon Musk's company According to the report of The Verge, the details of how many staff the company has laid off have not been revealed. At the same time, South Korean company Samsung has also decided to do layoff in large quantities. The company has decided to reduce about 10 percent of the workforce from South Asia and Australia.

Apart from this, big tech companies like TikTok, Qualcomm, Cisco, Microsoft have also decided to fire a large number of people. Qualcomm recently laid off 1,250 employees.
