According to the report of Android Authority, users of old Samsung phones like Galaxy S10, Note 10, Galaxy A90, Galaxy A50 are facing this problem. This flaw has been found in the bootloop of these smartphones. Many users have reported this problem on the microblogging platform Reddit.
Many users have given their feedback on the post made on Reddit regarding this problem in Samsung's old smartphones. Especially users are facing this problem while updating SmartThings Framework 2.2.02.1 in Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Note 10 series, Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A90. Most of the users are facing this problem in Samsung phones in South Korea, Belgium, France, America and Australia.

Samsung has issued its statement on this problem saying that users who are facing such problems in their phones can take help from the nearest service center. The company has advised users to backup their phone data. Especially the users working on OneUI 4 based on Android 12 are facing this kind of problem. Many users had factory reset the phone when they faced problems, due to which their phone data was lost.
