Finally the merger of Reliance Jio and Walt Disney's Disney Star has been completed. With this merger, the company has now launched a new website for entertainment. The new Website is a joint platform of India's two most popular OTT streaming platforms Jio Cinema and Jio Hotstar. Now you have a new option for entertainment in the form of Jiostar.com.
Let us tell you that after the merger of Reliance Jio and Disney Hot Star, Reliance Industries will have 46.82 percent stake in Jiostar.com. Whereas Hotstar will have 36.84 percent stake and Viacom18 will have 16.34 percent stake.
All Hotstar content will be available online on Jiostar.com. For this, the company has also released the list of packs on Jio Star's website. The company has divided entertainment packs into two categories. In this, customers will have one standard definition and another high definition pack.
