These days the biggest sales of the year have been happening in e-commerce platforms. In such a situation, people are shopping heavily to take advantage of discounts. Cases of delivery of wrong goods through e-commerce platforms are frequent. Recently, a case of delivery of wrong goods by the giant company Flipkart came to light. Due to no action being taken on the customer's complaint, now a fine of 10 times the price of the goods has been imposed on the company.
Let us tell you that Lalit Kumar, a customer living in Najafgarh area of Delhi, had ordered a Bluetooth headphone from Flipkart in November 2021. His goods were delivered to Lalit on 10 November 2021. He opened his box on 11 November. On opening the box, he found wired headphones instead of Bluetooth headphones.
Flipkart refused to return
After the wrong headphones were delivered, the customer complained to the customer care and demanded to return it. However, the customer's demand was not accepted by Flipkart. The reason given by the company for not accepting his demand was that he complained after 48 hours. Complaints were made several times by the customer but no action was taken by the company.
After this, customer Lalit complained about this entire matter in the consumer forum. Hearing the case, the bench comprising Forum Chairman Suresh Kumar Gupta, Harshali Kaur and Ramesh Chandra Yadav has imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on both the leading e-commerce platform and the headphone manufacturing company.
Do this work after delivery

Therefore, if you are booking any item in the sale offer, then be very careful. When the goods are delivered to you, make a video of them while opening the box. In such a situation, if wrong goods are delivered to you, you can use it as proof.
