When we talk about cold weather, how can we not talk about vegetables made from greens? In this season, the pleasure that is found in eating green vegetables is not found even in paneer vegetable. Your soul will be satisfied by eating garlic curry with rice. So, if you have not made Saag Ki Sabzi yet, then let us tell you how to make Garlic Saag Ki Sabzi?

Ingredients for Garlic Wala Saag Ki Sabzi:

A bundle of greens, 3 spoons of mustard oil, half spoon of mustard, 9 to 10 garlic cloves, one chopped potato, salt as per taste, a pinch of asafoetida, 2 green chillies.

How to make garlic greens curry:

  • First step: To make greens curry, first clean the greens thoroughly. And wash it twice in water to remove the dirt. Now chop the greens very finely and keep them in a vessel.

  • Second step: Now turn on the gas and add 3 spoons of mustard oil. When the oil becomes hot, add 2 spoons of mustard seeds and 9 to 10 garlic cloves. When the garlic turns golden, add chopped onion to it and let it cook.

  • Third step: When the potatoes are cooked, add chopped greens to it and keep it covered. Now cook the vegetable on slow flame. When the vegetable water dries completely, add salt to it and cook for 5 more minutes. Now finally, take one spoon of oil in a ladle, chop 4 to 5 garlic cloves finely, fry them and when they become golden, add them to the vegetable. Take your garlic greens curry is ready.
