500 grams cheese, red, yellow green capsicum, 2 onions, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 3 teaspoons corn flour, 2 teaspoons gram flour, half cup curd, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon dry coriander powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, kasoori fenugreek, 3 teaspoons mustard oil, salt as per taste
How to make Paneer Tikka?

First step: To make Paneer Tikka, first take half a cup of curd and beat it well. Now add 3 spoons of corn flour and 2 spoons of gram flour (adding these will thicken the consistency of the batter and the taste will also be amazing) Now mix them well.

Second step: Now add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon dry coriander powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, Kasuri methi, 3 teaspoons mustard oil and salt as per taste in this batter. (Keep in mind that the batter should not be thin)

Third step: Cut cheese, onion and capsicum into large slices. Now add all these ingredients into the batter. Now mix them well. Take a big toothpick and add cheese, capsicum and onion one by one. Do the same with all the toothpicks.

Fourth step: Now turn on the gas and place a non-stick pan on it. When the pan is hot, grease butter on it. Now place all the toothpicks one by one on the pan. And roast from all sides.
