Ingredients for making Til and Gud ka Paratha:
Wheat flour 1 bowl, sesame seeds half bowl (roasted), jaggery 1 cup, desi ghee 50 grams, coconut shavings

First step: To make sesame paratha, first turn on the gas and keep the pan and melt it thoroughly. Now, sift wheat flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, roasted sesame seeds and coconut flakes and mix well. Now add melted jaggery to it and knead the dough well. When the dough becomes soft, keep it aside for 10 minutes to set.

Second step: Now, turn on the gas, place a pan on it and grease it with ghee and heat it. Till then make balls of dough and roll them like paratha. Now put the paratha on a hot pan, apply ghee on both the sides and cook on low flame till it turns golden. Now your tasty and healthy sesame paratha is ready. Now add white butter over it and serve it with hot tea.
