First step: First of all, to make pickle, take 1 bowl of peeled garlic. Take 1 bowl chopped and peeled ginger into fine pieces. Now cut 1 bowl of chilli into rounds or cut it lengthwise.
Second step:Spread everything on a newspaper and leave it for 8-10 hours. So that the moisture in these three things dries completely. Now to make pickles, either buy mixed pickle masala from the market. Or make pickle masala at home.
Third step: To make pickle masala, take 4 tablespoons crushed fennel, 4 tablespoons ground mustard mustard, 1 teaspoon crushed celery and 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, half teaspoon asafoetida powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon nigella seeds. Take it. Mix all the spices. Now heat 1 bowl of mustard oil.
