First step: To make Paneer Kulcha, first make the dough. For this, add 1 cup of flour, half cup of wheat flour, 2 spoons of semolina, half cup of curd, 1 pinch of baking soda, 1 spoon of oil and a little salt and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and leave it to set for about half an hour.
Second step: Now prepare the cheese stuffing. For this, grate the cheese. Now add green coriander, green chilli, salt, red chilli, finely chopped onion and 1 pinch of garam masala. Keep the stuffing aside.
Third step: Now to apply it on Kulcha, finely chop green coriander and take out 2 spoons of nigella seeds. Now set the kneaded dough and then make a thick ball. Make one ball big and then place the cheese stuffing in it. Use dry flour for rolling. After rolling a little, stick chopped coriander and nigella seeds on top and then roll it.
