How to make Bhatura flour- To make flour bhature, sift the flour in a fine sieve. If you want, sift the flour in a muslin cloth. Now knead this dough like Bhatura dough. To knead the dough for Bhatura, add 1 pinch baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon semolina to the flour. Now knead the flour with curd. If necessary, use some water. Or dilute the curd by adding water. After kneading the dough, leave it to set for half an hour.
Easy way to make Bhature- Now apply oil for frying Bhatura on your hands and set the Bhatura dough by rubbing it a little. Place the pan on the gas and heat the oil to fry the bhaturas. Break a slightly larger ball from the dough and apply lightly dry flour and flatten it with a rolling pin. You can roll it a little longer or round in the shape of Bhatura. After rolling, do it with hands 2-3 times like Bhatura. Now put it in hot oil and fry it on medium high flame. Bhatura has to be baked by pressing it lightly and pouring oil on it.
