First step- To make Aloo Lachha Namkeen, first wash about one kilo of potatoes thoroughly and peel them. Now put the potatoes in water for some time.
Second step- After this, grate all the potatoes and give them a waxy shape. If you want, you can also give the potato the shape of chips with the help of a slicer or a knife.
Third step- Now wash all the slices with water 3-4 times. To make crispy namkeen, soak these slices in hot water for two minutes and then dry all the slices with a cotton cloth.
Fifth step- After this, take out salt, chaat masala, half spoon black salt, half spoon cumin powder, two spoons Kashmiri red chilli powder in a bowl. Now add crispy potato slices to this bowl.
