People mix things like Amla, Shikakai and tea leaves in mehendi and apply it on the hair, but if you want to get a great color then mix a sachet of coffee worth Rs 10 in mehendi and apply it on the hair. You will not believe that such a lovely color can be obtained from mehndi. Applying henna after adding coffee gives a deep color to the hair.

You should take fresh henna for this. Very green henna is fresh. While yellow henna is older, its color does not become darker. You can take any herbal henna. Soak the henna by adding water to an iron pan. To make the color of mehendi strong, add 2 spoons of soaked catechu paste. Mix 1 tablespoon coffee powder in henna. Mix all these things and make a smooth paste. Leave it to set overnight or for 2-3 hours. Now before bathing, mix henna and add 1 spoon more coffee powder.
How to get dark color of mehendi on hair?
Keep in mind that do not dilute the mehndi too much as it may cause it to drip after applying. While applying henna, add 5 drops of clove oil to it and apply it on hair after whipping it. Keep the mehendi applied for at least 3-4 hours and wear a shower cap. After the time is over, wash the hair with water. After drying the hair, apply oil and then shampoo the next day. This will give natural shine and black color to the hair.
