Follow this procedure
To clean the dust and soil present in the greens, first of all you have to separate the stalks of the leaves. Now pluck all the leaves and then shake them a little on the slab so that if any insects are present in the greens, they will be removed. Now you have to fill water in a big vessel and wash the greens thoroughly 3 to 4 times.
Salt water will prove effective
The elements found in salt can prove effective in cleaning anything. To clean greens easily, you have to mix salt in water. Cut the vegetables and put them in salt water. You will have to change the salt water 2 to 3 times so that the greens will be thoroughly cleaned. Apart from this, do not clean a lot of greens at once, cleaning a few greens in small quantities will make your work easier. By following this process you can remove the dirt and insects stuck on the green leaves.
Can add baking soda
If you want to clean the greens without much effort, then fill water in a big vessel and then add one tablespoon of baking soda in this water. Soak the greens in this water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, wash the greens two or three times with clean water. By following this method, you can clean the vegetables thoroughly in less time.
