Ingredients for Jaggery Coconut Ladoo:
1 raw coconut, 100 grams jaggery, cashew-almonds, walnuts, raisins, ghee
How to make Jaggery Coconut Laddu:

First step: First of all, take 1 coconut and remove the brown peel from it thoroughly. After that, cut the coconut into pieces and grind it coarsely in a grinder.

Second step: Now turn on the gas, place a pan and add ghee in it. Now fry all the dry fruits until they turn golden. Fry the ground coconut in the same pan until it turns golden and keep it in another vessel. Grind the roasted dry fruits finely in a grinder.

Third step: Now add 200 grams of jaggery and half cup of water in that pan. Melt the jaggery on low flame. When the jaggery melts well, add roasted coconut and dry fruits to it and mix well. Keep in mind that the gas flame should be low.

Fourth step: When all the ingredients mix well then turn off the gas. When the mixture cools down a bit, take a little of the mixture in your hands and start tying laddus with it. After making laddus, roll them in coconut powder and keep aside in a plate.
