Have you ever made sweet potato kheer in Prasad? This kheer can also prove to be a good option to satisfy the craving for sweets during fasting. Let us know about the easy recipe of making this kheer. You will not need many fancy ingredients to make sweet potato kheer.
First step- To make sweet potato kheer, first of all you have to put about one spoon of ghee in a pan and let it heat.
Second step- Now you have to add 3-4 spoons of almonds, cashews and pistachios in a pan, fry these dry fruits well and separate them. After this, again add one spoon ghee in the pan and fry 2 large grated sweet potatoes.
Third step- You also have to add milk to this mixture. Now keep stirring this mixture on medium flame.
Fifth step- To enhance the taste of sweet potato kheer, you can add 2 chopped cardamoms or cardamom powder and 6-7 saffron threads and turn off the gas.
