Ingredients required to make protein powder:
- Almonds- 1/2 cup
- Pistachios- 1/2 cup
- Walnuts- 1/2 cup
- Peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Soybean – 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seeds- 1/2 cup
- Flax seeds – 1/2 cup
- Chia seeds- 1/2 cup
- Oats- 1/2 cup
- Milk powder- 1/2 cup
Recipe to make protein powder:
step 1- First of all, dry roast peanuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts on medium flame for 2-3 minutes and let everything cool down.
Step 2- Now put the real seeds in the pan and dry roast them and take them out. In the same pan, add pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and soybean and fry them. Take out all the things.
Step 3- Now dry roast the oats on low flame for 2-3 minutes and take them out and keep them in a plate. Leave everything to cool.
Step 5- Now put all the things in a thick strainer and filter them, so that it gets a powder-like consistency. After filtering, put the coarse pieces remaining in the mixer once again and grind them. Homemade protein powder is ready.
