Paneer Cheese Cutlet Recipe:
step 1- Take 200 grams of paneer and mash it lightly. Mash 2 boiled potatoes and mix them with paneer. Add 1 finely chopped onion. Finely chop 1 small capsicum and mix it. Add some chopped coriander and half teaspoon black pepper powder.
Step 2- Now add 1 teaspoon oregano, half teaspoon chili flakes and salt as per taste to this potato-paneer mixture and mix everything well.
Step 3- Now take a ball from the prepared masala and make cutlets of your choice from it. If you want, you can make them without cheese. If you want to add cheese then make a round shape in the middle and close it and give it a shape. You have to keep all the cutlets prepared like this.
Step 5- Now put the prepared cutlets in this solution and remove the extra batter and mix the tikkis in bread crumbs. The bread crumbs have to be stuck well on the tikkis so that a good coating is formed while frying. If you are making cutlets without cheese then single coating of bread crumbs is enough but for cheese cutlets, coat twice.
Step 7- Delicious Paneer Cheese Cutlets are ready which you can serve with any chutney or sauce. If you want, you can serve it to guests at home or even in a party. Crispy and healthy cutlets are ready.
