Mirchi Pickle Recipe:
First step: If you want, you can add pickled chillies or you can use the small chillies that come with the vegetable. We are telling you how to make small chilli pickle. To make pickles, clean and wash the chillies and let the water drain completely.
Second step: Now put half a cup of mustard oil in a pan and heat it lightly. Turn off the gas and add one teaspoon asafoetida, one tablespoon dry mango powder, two teaspoons Kashmiri chilli, salt as per taste and pickle masala available in the market to the oil.
Third step: Now mix all the spices well and add chopped chillies as per your requirement. Mix chillies and spices and fill them in a glass jar. Now stir it and wait for just 1 day. Delicious chilli pickle is ready. You should eat it daily with food. This pickle will not spoil for many months. Just keep stirring the pickle in between.
