There are two ways to make Gulab Jamun from Paneer. One is to make Gulab Jamun with only Paneer and the other is to prepare Gulab Jamun by adding some Mawa to Paneer. If you do not have Mawa then no problem, today we are telling you to make Gulab Jamun only with Paneer. Let us know what things you need for this?
Ingredients for Paneer Gulab Jamun:
250 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup sugar, oil for frying gulab jamun, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/6 teaspoon salt, 2 cups water.
Paneer Gulab Jamun Recipe:
First step- First of all, mash the cheese well with hands. Put the cheese in a bowl and mash it so that it becomes smooth like dough. Now add flour, 1 pinch salt, baking powder and 1 tablespoon sugar to the paneer. Mix everything.
Third step- Now add 2 cups of water in a pan and let it boil. Now add sugar and prepare 1 string syrup. Switch off the gas and add some ground cardamom to the syrup. Now add fried gulab jamuns in the syrup and keep it like this for 2-3 hours.
