Fresh green peas about 1 cup, flour for paratha, 2 finely chopped green chillies, some green coriander, 1 finely chopped onion, some cumin, 1 piece grated ginger, 2-3 cloves of garlic, garam masala, coriander powder, salt as per taste and A little lemon juice. Oil is required to make paratha.
Peas Paratha Recipe
First step- To make paratha, add some salt and 1 teaspoon oil to the flour and knead it into a soft dough. Leave the dough to set and peel the peas, put them in water and boil for 5-7 minutes. When the peas become slightly soft, take them out of the water in a strainer.
Second step- When the peas cool down, put them in a mixer and grind them coarsely. Add green chillies while grinding peas. Place a pan on gas and add oil to it. Now add cumin, chopped onion, ginger, garlic and fry. After frying these things, add ground peas and dry spices to it. Add green coriander and lemon juice on top. Turn off the gas and let the stuffing cool.
