Health experts often recommend eating fenugreek laddus during the winter season. Fenugreek laddus, full of medicinal properties, can have many positive effects on the health of everyone, from children to adults. Fenugreek laddus can be eaten to keep the body warm as well as to become stronger. You can follow this recipe to make methi laddus.
First step- First of all, clean 100 grams of fenugreek seeds and grind them coarsely in a mixer. Now boil half liter milk in a pan.
Second step- After this, soak the ground fenugreek in boiled milk for about 8 hours. Now chop 30-35 almonds, grind 8-10 black peppers, 4 pieces of cinnamon, 10 small cardamoms and 2 nutmegs.
Third step- Put 250 grams of ghee in a pan and fry the soaked fenugreek on medium flame till it turns light brown. Now fry 100 grams of gum in the remaining ghee and then take it out in a plate.
Fifth step- Mix 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 2 teaspoons dry ginger powder, chopped almonds, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom well in this jaggery syrup.
You can store these fenugreek laddus in an air tight container. By consuming these every day, you can improve your overall health to a great extent.
