Due to adulteration of sweets available in the market, eating them can prove to be harmful for your health. Therefore, it would be better that this time on the occasion of Diwali, you serve barfi made with your own hands in front of the guests at home.
First step- To make barfi at home, you will need a bowl of mawa.
Second step- Now add mawa in the pan and fry it well. After frying mawa, you have to add a bowl of milk in the pan.
Third step- Wait for the milk to cook and when the milk gets cooked then you have to add 3 tablespoons of sugar in it. Do not make the mistake of adding sugar first otherwise the milk may curdle.
Fifth step- Mix everything well. After this, take out this mixture from the pan in any plate.
Your barfi is ready. You can fill the barfi in any container and keep it in the fridge to cool. Believe me, when the guests coming to your house taste these barfis made by your hands, they will not get tired of praising you. You will also like the taste of these barfis which dissolve instantly in the mouth.
