I feel like eating something healthy and home-made for breakfast. For those who are bored of eating Poha, Dosa, Idli and Upma, today we have brought a special and easy-to-make breakfast recipe for them. This breakfast can be prepared with just 2 potatoes and 2 onions. To make this you will neither need flour nor semolina. You can make such a tasty breakfast with just the help of flour, that even pizza will seem pale in comparison to its taste. Children will like this breakfast very much. A little cheesy, a little spicy and full of health, this breakfast will take you only 5 minutes to prepare and breakfast will be ready for the whole family in one go. Make a brand new breakfast with potatoes and onions, this is the recipe
First step- For this you need 2 potatoes and 2 medium sized onions. Peel the onion and wash the potatoes. Now cut the onion lengthwise and thinly. Remove and separate the layers of onion. Grate the potatoes and put them in water.
Second step- Now take 1 cup wheat flour in a bowl. Add some chili flakes i.e. crushed chili, some oregano, one-third teaspoon baking soda, half teaspoon baking powder and salt as per taste to the flour and mix it in the flour. Now prepare the batter by adding milk to the flour. Add 1 spoon desi ghee in the batter.
Third step- Now add chopped onion and grated potato in the batter after removing it from water. Mix everything well with flour batter. Grate one big cube of cheese and add it. Mix everything again. Now heat a pan or kadai and add some butter in it.
Fifth step- When it sinks from both sides, take it out again in the same plate. Now cut it into a pizza-like shape. This tasty and healthy breakfast made only from potatoes, onions and flour is ready. You must try this recipe once. Boring food will taste different.
