Green Chilli Thecha

Ingredients for Making Thecha :
2 tbsp peanut oil (singdana oil), 8-10 fresh green chillies – halved, 6-8 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp peanuts, ½ tsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, handful coriander leaves (dhania patta), salt to taste (salt to taste)
How to Make a Thecha?

Step 1: Heat peanut oil in a pan and add green chillies, garlic and fry on high flame for one minute. Now add peanuts, coriander, cumin seeds and fry till it is well roasted and till aroma comes.

Step 2: Then add coriander leaves, salt, mix well and turn off the flame. Grind them coarsely in a mortar pestle or food processor. Serve with hot bhakri.
