How to make cheela

First step: To make cheela, soak a cup of moong dal in water before sleeping at night. In the morning, put moong dal in a grinder jar, add a cup of water and grind it very finely. Now add moong paste in another vessel.

Second step: Now add half a cup of rice flour, salt as per taste, one finely chopped onion, one finely chopped tomato, one green chilli, a pinch of turmeric and one teaspoon of Eno to this paste, mix them well and keep it like this for 10 minutes. Give.

Third step: Now turn on the gas and keep a pan and when it gets hot, take out the batter with the help of a ladle, spread it in a round shape and cook it well from both the sides. Your cheela is ready.
