1 spinach, 6 to 7 garlic, 2 to 3 chillies, one onion, one tomato puree, half cup gram flour, salt as per taste, 2 teaspoon ghee, 1 teaspoon dried coriander, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala.
How to make Spinach curry in Sindhi style?

First step: First of all, wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces. Now, place the pan on the gas and add 2 spoons of oil in it. Grate garlic and chilli and add it to the oil. When it becomes light golden, add finely chopped onion to it. Now add chopped spinach to it. Now cover it and let it cook for some time. When spinach is cooked well, add tomato puree to it.

Second step: Now make a solution by mixing 4 spoons of gram flour in half a glass of water well. Now mix this solution in vegetables. Now add 2 spoons of ghee and salt as per taste.
