First step- To make Makhana Laddus, first of all you have to put 2 spoons of ghee in a pan. Now you have to put makhana in this pan.
Second step- Fry the Makhanas well on low flame. After this, leave the makhanas to cool for some time.
Third step- Now you have to put the makhanas in a grinder and grind them coarsely. After this you have to chop cashews and almonds finely.
Fifth step- After this, add one spoon of ghee in a pan and then add grated jaggery in it and let it melt on low flame.
Seventh step- After this you have to mix the mixture of melted jaggery and chopped dates with ground makhana and roasted dry fruits.
Eighth step- Also add cardamom powder to this mixture. Let the mixture cool and then make laddus.
