Carrot – 1 kg, Milk – 1 liter, Sugar – 250 grams, Ghee – 100 grams, Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon, Cashew-almonds – 10-12, Mawa one cup.

First step: First wash the carrot with water and wipe it with a clean cotton cloth, peel it thoroughly and then rub it. If you do not want to rub them, then peel them and boil them in a cooker for 3 whistles. And later take it out in a vessel and mash it well.

Second step: Now heat ghee in a big pan and add grated carrots to it. Cook the carrots on medium flame until they become soft and the water evaporates. Let the carrots cook on medium flame for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Third step: When the carrot water gets burnt then add milk and sugar in it. Now cook the mixture once again on low flame. When the milk is well mixed into the mixture, add cardamom powder, cashews and almonds and mix the mixture well.
