Know how to make bitter gourd pea chaat and what is this special recipe?

Ingredients for making Bitter Gourd Chaat:

To make bitter gourd, you need half a kilo of flour. About 2 bowls of dried peas, 2 tomatoes, 4-5 green chillies, 1 teaspoon garam masala, red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, oil to fry the bitter gourd.

Bitter Gourd Chaat Recipe:

step 1- To make bitter gourd chaat, you have to add some ghee to the flour and knead a tight dough. Add some salt while kneading the dough. Now cover the flour and keep it aside for 15 minutes to set.

Step 2- Now break a dough ball from the flour and roll it into a round shape like a roti. Now cut this roti from the middle like a mathri but it should be joined at the edges. You just have to make long cuts in the middle. Now lift the roti and fold it in the opposite direction from both the sides.

Step 4- Now wash the peas with water and put them to boil in a pressure cooker. Add salt, all the spices, finely chopped tomatoes to the peas and cook well. Keep cooking until the peas become completely soft.

Step 6- Now to serve bitter gourd chaat, first of all put 1-2 fried bitter gourds in a plate after lightly crushing them. Put prepared peas on top, keep in mind that the peas should be slightly warm. Now put sweet chutney on top.

Step 7- Sprinkle some chaat masala on the bitter gourd chaat. Add chopped raw onion on top and serve the bitter gourd chaat. Believe me, after eating this chaat, you will find the taste of tikki samosa bland.

Step 8- You can make and eat bitter gourd chaat on any festival or whenever you feel like eating something special. In this way, you can keep fried bitter gourd for many days and can make and eat chaat whenever you want.
