First step- To make stuffed capsicum, first of all you have to wash 4 medium sized capsicums thoroughly, then cut them and remove their seeds.
Second step- After this, boil 2 medium sized potatoes and mash them. Finely chop one big onion, 2 medium sized tomatoes, 2 green chillies and grate one inch ginger and 4 garlic cloves.
Third step- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion well and then add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic in the same pan and cook everything.
Fifth step- Now you have to fill this stuffing inside the capsicum. After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it.
Your stuffed capsicum is ready to serve. You can enjoy its taste by serving this dish hot.
