Use salt: Turn on the gas and place a pan on it and then put a spoon of salt on the pan and spread the salt all over the pan with the help of a cloth. Clean the pan thoroughly with the help of a cloth. After this, make roti on the pan. Due to rubbing salt, a light layer of it is formed on the pan. In such a situation, when you bake roti on this pan, it does not burn quickly and does not become hard either.

Flour is useful: Making parathas or any greasy thing on the pan leaves grease on it. Due to which, when the next time roti is made on the pan, it starts sticking to the pan. In such a situation, to overcome this problem, put some flour on the pan and start rubbing it on the pan with the help of fingers. By doing this, along with the oil on the pan, the food particles will also get absorbed in the flour. These oil and food particles on the pan burn and spoil the taste of your roti or cheela.
