Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe
First step- First of all, clean the spinach and boil it lightly. Now remove the water from spinach and put it in a mixer and grind it. Put this spinach in a flour mixing bowl and add flour to it and keep mixing. You have to prepare spinach flour for paratha. Light salt and ground celery can also be added to the flour for paratha. Those who do not like the taste of celery should mix ground cumin. This makes parathas more tasty and better.
Second step- Now prepare the cheese stuffing. Mash the cheese. Add finely chopped coriander and green chillies to it. If you want, you can also mix 1 finely chopped onion in paneer. Now mix salt, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder as per taste. Now break a ball from the spinach dough and roll it out to make it a little bigger. Fill the cheese stuffing in it and roll round or square parathas as per your choice. Similarly, roll all the parathas and apply oil and bake them.
Third step- If you want to eat parathas only with butter, then bake the parathas on the pan without oil. Now apply white butter on the paratha and enjoy hot paratha. This paratha will be very healthy and tasty. You must feed it to children. Instead of paneer, you can fill any other stuffing in this paratha. If you want, you can make paratha by filling it with cabbage, radish or potatoes. These parathas made from green flour are very nutritious. These provide rich vitamins, minerals and protein.
