In India, people often like to eat different types of chutneys with food. If you too are bored of eating green coriander and mint chutney, then you should definitely try this spicy chutney of green chilli and garlic. The best thing is that this chutney can be easily stored for a month, that is, this spicy chutney will not spoil throughout the month.
First step- A day before making green chilli and garlic chutney, wash green coriander leaves and garlic leaves and dry them thoroughly.
Second step- Now add 5 green chillies, 3 red chillies and 4 round red chillies along with 20 garlic cloves in the mixer.
Third step- Also add dried coriander leaves and garlic leaves in the mixer. Finally add one-fourth cup vinegar and salt.
Fifth step- Add two spoons of mustard oil in the pan and heat it. Now add half spoon cumin, half spoon nigella seeds and asafoetida in this hot oil.
You should also know how to store this spicy chutney. Heat an air tight jar with smoke. Now fill green chilli and garlic chutney in this container. By storing the chutney in this manner, neither will the chutney smell bad nor will it spoil quickly. Everyone, from children to adults, will like the taste of this chutney.
