2 special recipes for making fenugreek paratha
To make fenugreek parathas, wash fenugreek thoroughly. You can make fenugreek parathas in two ways, one is by cutting fenugreek and the other way is by grinding fenugreek. Today we are telling you how to make paratha in both the ways.
First method- Wash fenugreek and chop it finely. Add fenugreek to the flour and add some salt to it. Now grate a big piece of cheese and add it. Now knead soft dough. Prepare fenugreek parathas with this flour. By adding paneer, fenugreek parathas will become very soft. You can give these to children for breakfast or in their school tiffin. These parathas will not taste bitter at all and will also be very tasty to eat.
Second way- Wash fenugreek and put it in a mixer and grind it finely. Do not add too much water while grinding fenugreek. If you want, you can also grind fenugreek by lightly steaming it i.e. by boiling it. Now add ground fenugreek paste and knead a soft dough. Mix some salt in the flour. Now prepare the stuffing as per the child's taste. Take a ball from fenugreek flour and fill it with paneer. Roll out the paratha and cook it well from both the sides. Tasty and soft methi paratha will be ready. This paratha will not taste bitter at all and children will eat it with great pleasure.
